Privacy

Your data stays yours.

We built ClientRadar privacy-first, on purpose: your leads and CRM live on your own device, we never store your passwords, and we only ever process the text needed to give you a score or a draft.

Last updated 21 June 2026

Five promises we keep.

The short version — the detail is in the full policy below.

01

Your CRM lives on your device

Leads, notes and pipeline are stored locally in your own browser — not in a database of ours. Export or delete it all whenever you like.

02

No passwords, ever

ClientRadar rides along in your own logged-in session. We never see, ask for, or store a single social credential.

03

Transparent AI, by post

To score intent or draft a reply, the text of that post is read by our AI only when ClientRadar checks it. You see exactly what was scored and why.

04

Nothing's sold, ever

We don't build a shadow database of your contacts, and we don't sell anything to anyone. Your pipeline is yours alone.

05

You decide what sends

ClientRadar drafts; you decide. No message, comment or post is ever published until you press send.

What actually leaves your device.

When you ask for a score or a draft, just enough is sent to generate it — and nothing more.

You're in control.

Because most of your data lives only on your device, you can already export or delete it in the extension. For anything we hold, you have the full set of GDPR rights — just email us and we'll help.

The full policy

In plain language.

This Privacy Policy explains what information ClientRadar processes, why, and the choices you have. ClientRadar is a browser extension that helps you find and reply to potential clients on the social platforms you already use.

1. Who we are

ClientRadar is operated by the company below, the data controller for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Global Charity Solutions Kft.
Vajda János utca 25., 2120 Dunakeszi, Hungary
Company registration number (Cégjegyzékszám): 13-09-212415
Tax number (Adószám): 29210727-2-13
Email: [email protected]

2. Data stored locally on your device

Your leads, contacts, notes, pipeline stages, tracked keywords, target groups, settings and your "Brand DNA" are stored locally in your browser's storage. This information stays on your device — we do not receive or retain a copy of it, except where it is needed transiently to run an AI feature you trigger. You can export or delete it at any time from within the extension.

3. How the AI features work

When you ask ClientRadar to score a post or draft a reply, the relevant text (the public post's text and your Brand DNA) is sent to our backend running on Cloudflare Workers, which relays it to our AI providers — DeepSeek and Anthropic — to generate the result and return it to you. This happens only when ClientRadar actually checks a post or you request a draft. We use it to produce your scores and drafts; we do not build a hidden profile, sell it, or use your content to train our own models. We never ask for, see, or store your social passwords.

4. Account, payments and technical data

Paid plans are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, which handles checkout, billing and applicable taxes. Your payment details go directly to Lemon Squeezy under their privacy policy; we never receive or store your full card number, only limited order and subscription data (such as your email and plan) to provision and support your account. Our infrastructure may process limited technical data (such as IP and request metadata) for short periods to keep the service secure.

Pre-launch waitlist. Before public launch, the pricing dialog lets you join a founding-member waitlist. If you submit your email there, we store it — together with the plan you were viewing — solely to email you once when ClientRadar launches and to honour your founding discount. This is processed on the basis of your consent, delivered to us by Formspree (USA, listed in the sub-processors table below) and mirrored in your own browser's local storage. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.

5. Legal bases

We rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the extension and the AI features you request and manage your subscription); legitimate interests (to keep the service secure and communicate with you, balanced against your rights); consent where required (which you can withdraw anytime); and legal obligation (for accounting and tax).

6. Sub-processors

7. International transfers

Some providers are located outside the European Economic Area (including the USA and, for AI inference, outside the EEA). Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision — and send only what is needed to deliver the feature.

8. How long we keep data

Local data stays on your device until you delete it; we hold no copy. AI request data is processed to generate your result and not retained by us to build a profile (any retention by AI sub-processors is governed by their policies). Account, order and billing records are kept as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Security logs are kept for short periods only.

9. Your rights

If you are in the EEA you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Contact [email protected] for anything we hold. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority — in Hungary, the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), Falk Miksa utca 9-11, 1055 Budapest, naih.hu.

10. Security, cookies and children

Data sent between the extension and our backend is encrypted in transit, your CRM is kept on your own device, and we collect as little as possible. Our website uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic — such as page views and where visitors come from — so we can improve it; this sets analytics cookies and shares limited, anonymised usage data with Google. Beyond that we run no advertising trackers, we never sell your data, and we don't track you across other sites. You can opt out with Google's browser opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies. ClientRadar is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product evolves; we'll revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know. Questions? Email [email protected] or write to Global Charity Solutions Kft., Vajda János utca 25., 2120 Dunakeszi, Hungary.
