We want ClientRadar to earn its keep — and we'd rather you decide that before you commit. This policy explains the free plan, how cancelling works, and how refunds and your statutory rights are handled.
1. Try before you commit
You can install ClientRadar free with no card at all and watch it score real leads in your own groups and feeds — the best way to make sure it's right for you before paying anything. When you're ready to upgrade, new customers get 50% off their first payment on any paid plan. Prices shown are exclusive of tax — VAT is added where applicable.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in one click from inside the extension or your billing account. When you cancel:
- if you cancel during a paid period, your plan stays active until the end of that period and simply doesn't renew — you keep access until then;
- you can export your CRM and leads cleanly; your local data is never held hostage.
Because your subscription renews automatically, cancelling before the renewal date is the way to avoid the next charge.
3. How billing and refunds are handled
Paid plans are sold through Link, LLC (Stripe's merchant of record), which operates checkout, issues your receipts and invoices, and collects and remits applicable taxes worldwide. Refunds, where due, are issued by Link to your original payment method.
Because you can evaluate the full scoring on the free plan before you pay, we don't advertise a blanket "money-back guarantee" beyond your statutory rights. That said, we deal with people fairly: if you were charged in error, hit a genuine technical problem that stopped you using the Service, or believe your situation deserves a refund, contact us at [email protected] and we'll review it in good faith.
4. EU/EEA right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of it being concluded, without giving a reason. To exercise it, send us a clear statement (for example, an email to [email protected]) before the 14 days are up.
Please note: if you ask for the paid service to begin during the withdrawal period and you start using it, the usual statutory rules apply — including that the right to withdraw ends once the service has been fully performed, and that we may charge a proportionate amount for what you used before withdrawing. We will always apply these rules in your favour where the law requires. Any refund due on withdrawal is processed by Link (our merchant of record) back to your original payment method.
5. After a refund
If a refund is issued, the related subscription is cancelled and access to paid features ends. Refund timing depends on your bank or card provider once Link (our merchant of record) has processed it.
6. Chargebacks
ClientRadar charges appear as LINK.COM* on your card or bank statement — if you don't recognise a charge with that descriptor, it is very likely your ClientRadar plan. If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first: a refund is almost always faster than a chargeback, and we're happy to help. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is resolved.
7. Contact
