Refund Policy

Last updated 21 June 2026

We want ClientRadar to earn its keep — and we'd rather you decide that before you ever pay. This policy explains the free trial, how cancelling works, and how refunds and your statutory rights are handled.

In short. Every paid plan starts with a free trial, so you can run the full product on your own groups before you're charged. You can cancel anytime to stop future payments. If you're an EU/EEA consumer, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal, described below — and if something's gone wrong with a charge, just contact us.

1. Your free trial

Paid plans include a free trial (7 days, as shown at checkout). During the trial you can use the full product on your real groups and feeds at no charge. We won't take your first payment until the trial ends, so the trial is the best way to make sure ClientRadar is right for you before paying anything. Your first payment is also 50% off for new customers.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time — during the trial or after — in one click from inside the extension or your billing account. When you cancel:

  • if you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged at all;
  • if you cancel during a paid period, your plan stays active until the end of that period and simply doesn't renew — you keep access until then;
  • you can export your CRM and leads cleanly; your local data is never held hostage.

Because your subscription renews automatically, cancelling before the renewal date is the way to avoid the next charge.

3. How billing and refunds are handled

Our plans are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. That means Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record and handles checkout, invoicing, taxes and the mechanics of any refund. When a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method.

Because there's a genuine free trial to evaluate the product, we don't advertise a blanket "money-back guarantee" beyond your statutory rights. That said, we deal with people fairly: if you were charged in error, hit a genuine technical problem that stopped you using the Service, or believe your situation deserves a refund, contact us at [email protected] and we'll review it in good faith.

4. EU/EEA right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of it being concluded, without giving a reason. To exercise it, send us a clear statement (for example, an email to [email protected]) before the 14 days are up.

Please note: if you ask for the paid service to begin during the withdrawal period and you start using it, the usual statutory rules apply — including that the right to withdraw ends once the service has been fully performed, and that we may charge a proportionate amount for what you used before withdrawing. We will always apply these rules in your favour where the law requires.

5. After a refund

If a refund is issued, the related subscription is cancelled and access to paid features ends. Refund timing depends on your bank or card provider once Lemon Squeezy has processed it.

6. Chargebacks

If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first — it's almost always faster than a chargeback, and we're happy to help. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is resolved.

7. Contact

For anything about billing, cancellations or refunds, email [email protected] or write to Global Charity Solutions Kft., Vajda János utca 25., 2120 Dunakeszi, Hungary.
