Terms of Service

Last updated 21 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ClientRadar — the browser extension and related website and services (together, the "Service"). Please read them carefully. By installing or using ClientRadar, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is provided by the company below ("ClientRadar", "we", "us"):

Global Charity Solutions Kft.
Vajda János utca 25., 2120 Dunakeszi, Hungary
Company registration number (Cégjegyzékszám): 13-09-212415
Tax number (Adószám): 29210727-2-13
Email: [email protected]

2. What ClientRadar does

ClientRadar runs inside your own browser and helps you find people on social platforms who appear to be looking for what you offer, scores how ready they seem to buy, and drafts replies in your voice. It is a tool that assists you — you remain in control. ClientRadar does not send messages, post content, or take any public action on your behalf without your explicit confirmation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using ClientRadar you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you'll use it for your own legitimate business purposes.

4. Your account and licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use ClientRadar for your own business while these Terms are in force and any required subscription is active. You are responsible for keeping your account and devices secure and for activity that takes place through them. You must not share, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent the limits of your plan.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use ClientRadar lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you must not:

  • use it to send spam, harass, deceive, or contact people in ways that are unlawful or against the rules of the platform you're using;
  • use it for any illegal purpose or to infringe anyone's rights;
  • attempt to break, overload, scrape beyond intended use, or interfere with the Service or our infrastructure;
  • misrepresent who you are or what you offer in the messages you send.

You are responsible for the messages you choose to send and for how you use the leads and drafts ClientRadar surfaces.

6. Third-party platforms

ClientRadar works alongside platforms such as Facebook, Reddit, X and LinkedIn. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. ClientRadar is designed to act at a natural, human pace and only with your confirmation, but you are responsible for how you use it, and we are not responsible for any action a platform takes in respect of your account.

7. AI-generated content

ClientRadar uses AI to score intent and draft suggested replies. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given situation. Drafts are suggestions for you to review and edit — you decide what, if anything, to send, and you are responsible for the final content. ClientRadar does not provide legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and scores are estimates, not guarantees.

8. Plans, billing and trial

ClientRadar offers a free tier and paid plans (Pro and Max), billed monthly, quarterly or yearly. Paid plans include a free trial as described at checkout. Our plans are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record and is the seller of record for your purchase, handling checkout, billing and applicable taxes.

  • Unless you cancel, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate for your plan, and your payment method is charged for the next period.
  • You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period.
  • Prices may change for future billing periods; we'll give reasonable notice and, where we've promised early adopters a grandfathered rate, we'll honour it.
  • Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are described in our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual property

ClientRadar, including its software, design, and content, belongs to us and our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms don't transfer any ownership to you beyond the licence in Section 4. Your own data, leads and the messages you write remain yours; you grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the features you use (for example, to process a post's text so we can return a score or draft).

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. In short: your leads and CRM stay on your device, we never store your social passwords, and we only process the text needed to generate the scores and drafts you ask for.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to make it useful and reliable, but we don't promise specific results — including any particular number of leads, replies, clients, or income. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties not expressly stated here. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Where we are liable, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your non-waivable consumer rights).

13. Suspension and termination

You can stop using ClientRadar and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where we're required to by law. If we discontinue the Service, we'll give reasonable notice where we can.

14. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may improve, change or discontinue features over time. We may also update these Terms; when we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and take reasonable steps to notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We'd always rather sort things out directly first — please reach out.
